Wuyi Oolong Tea
This oolong is cultivated from the Wuyi Mountains in Nanping Prefecture. Mount Wuyi has been recognized by UNESCO as a site of incredible and unique biological diversity, and has been defined as a zone of conservation. It is one of the rarest oolong teas, priced for it’s rich smoky flavour with fruity undertones. The processing of oolong results in a form which has the benefits of both green as well as black tea.
